Ethical business is all part of building a society we’d like to live in. Every business has the power to change lives and be a force for good. When something good happens at Blue Penguin, we make sure something good happens elsewhere in the world.
Every time you book a call or meeting, we provide a week’s safe drinking water to a family in Cambodia. When a new client joins the Blue Penguin family, we provide a Buddy Bag to a child in emergency accommodation, here in the UK. See below for how you can suggest other projects to us.

IMPACTS ACROSS THE WORLD – AND AT HOME
It’s easy to write a cheque and forget about it [aaargh, who even uses cheques???]. But what does that achieve? As business people we always want to know what IMPACT we are making. That’s why we use B1G1 (also known as ‘Business For Good’).
B1G1 is a not-for-profit organisation which helps us understand the impact we can make in the world, and ensures they align with the values of our team. Blue Penguin pays a separate contribution to their running costs, so everything we give goes directly to the projects we support.
The cards above show the impacts we’ve created so far. All our projects are aligned with one of the United Nations’ sustainable development goals.
There are hundreds of worthy causes across the world and we never forget the difference we can all make to causes on this little island of ours. Many of our projects help vulnerable people here in the UK.
We ask clients and prospective clients which of the UN Goals resonate most with them. And we regularly change the projects that they reflect the values of our client community.
And it goes without saying, there isn’t some sort of “optional [but you’ll go to hell if you ask us to remove it] service charge on the end of your bill” which seems to be trendy at the moment in hipster cafes.
